Bus schedules will also be affected those days, as follows:
Portobello Road will be closed for bus services between Marne St & Company Bay from 9:30am to 3:45pm, Monday 9th and Tuesday 10th February. The following services will operate during these works:
Route 17 to City – morning
Services leaving Portobello at 7:00, 7:45, 8:10 and 9:00am.
Route 17 to City – afternoon
Services leaving Portobello from 4:30pm onwards will operate as usual.
Route 18 to Portobello/Harington Point – morning
Services leaving City at 7:35 and 8:50am.
Route 18 to Portobello/Harington Point – afternoon
Services operating from 3:45pm onwards will operate as usual.
Route 17 and 18 off-peak services
Other than the services identified above, routes 17 and 18 to and from Portobello/Harington Point will be suspended during the road closure.
Afternoon Portobello School buses operated by Gobus will be diverted via Marne Street, Lanarch Road, McKerrow Street, Highcliff Road, Camp Road and Castlewood Road, re-joining Portobello Road at Company Bay.
